The NBA - Young Lawyers Forum Announces Arbitration Challenge 2.0. Mary Akanbi 14th April, 2023 The Nigerian Bar Association Young Lawyers Forum (NBA-YLF) is pleased to announce the second edition of its arbitration moot competition, the Arbitration Challenge 2.0. As with the inaugural edition, we invite participation from all NBA branches nationwide. This year, the Organising Committee has opted not to adopt the Willem C. Vis Moot scenario. Instead, they have opted for a self-developed problem which features an entirely Nigerian dispute. The aim is to ensure the dispute is relatable and that all lawyers, regardless of their backgrounds can participate reasonably in the competition. Interested participants are advised to contact their local NBA branches.
