3 New Branches, AGC 2022 Fees, Chimamanda Adichie as keynote Speaker – Ten Major Decisions taken at NBA NEC Ilorin MARY AKANBI JUNE 9, 2022 The Nigerian Bar Association’s National Executive Committee, NBA NEC has taken some notable decisions at its just concluded Quarterly meeting. The meeting commenced on 8th of June at Ilorin, the state capital of Kwara State and will end tomorrow 10th June, 2022. HERE ARE TEN NOTABLE DECISONS TAKEN BY NBA NEC. 1. Three New Branches were created. Garki and Nyanya/Karu Branches were created in FCT while Surulere/Yaba Branch was created in Lagos. The NBA President explained that Garki Branch was created to resolve the crisis in Abuja Branch while Nyanya Karu Branches were created to ease the administration of Abuja and Lagos Branches who has great number of lawyers. 2.
