NBA PRESIDENT ATTENDS THE RENAMING OF LEGAL AID COUNCIL HEADQUARTERS AFTER CHIEF CHIMEZIE IKEAZOR,SAN Mary Akanbi 26th October, 2022 The President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Yakubu Chonoko Maikyau, OON, SAN joined other dignitaries including the Attorney General and Minister for Justice, Abubakar Malami, SAN; Sharon Ikeazor, Minister of State for Niger Delta; Otunba Niyi Adebayo, Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment and Prof. Isa Chiroma,SAN, DG of the Nigerian Law School at the renaming of the Legal Aid Council Headquarters after Chief Chimezie Ikeakor, SAN. The event which held yesterday, 25/10/2022 in Abuja paid tribute to the selfless legal work of Chief Chimezie Ikeazor, SAN for indigent persons in need of legal representation through the Nigerian Legal Aid Association that he founded.
