TRIBUTE TO LATE HON. JUSTICE A. M. KAFIN MADAKI OF THE HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE OF BAUCHI STATE

It is with a profound sense of loss and yet gratitude to Allah whose will in our lives we cannot question, that I, write to condole with the Bauchi State Government, Bauchi State Judiciary, Nigerian Bar Association Bauchi Branch and people of Bauchi State on the death of His Lordship after the long life of faith, duty and service.

His Lordship, Hon. Justice A. M. Kafin Madaki was a man of personable character,  intense knowledge of Law, good humour and  inimitable jurisprudent. His Lordship was a jurist and one of the last symbols of the golden era of Bauchi State Judiciary.

Late Hon. Justice A. M. Kafin Madaki was a distinguished Judge, Jurisprudential thinker, strategist, foremost punctualist, courageous Jurist and elderly statesman who brought a touch of courage and candour to whatever he did. His Lordship, was a man who possessed a great depth of wisdom and wit and a Judge with huge sense of professionalism.

Late Hon. Justice A. M. Kafin Madaki was a colossus whose life and time is a book, a must-read for all Judges and Lawyers interested in building a great administration of justice in our judicial system been an organised Judge whose motto was; "always we are learning tell us the position of the law if there is any" 

It is with the greatest sorrow and sadness that we mourn the passing of a great bench-man. 

May the light of Allah always be with you in your grave Sir, surely Paradise would be your final abode Baba Adamu.
