Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, is dead after a prolonged battle with leukemia.
A reliable source said that 67-year-old Akeredolu died after being managed by State House doctors in Lagos.

The Ondo First Lady, Betty Akeredolu, had announced the suspension of events planned for her 70th birthday celebration in July, citing “unforeseen circumstances beyond my control.”
There has been no official confirmation of Governor Akeredolu’s reported demise from the state government yet.
