I completely agree with you. The engagement helps to know the capacity of you candidates, [at least on paper] and what their thought process and plans are, in respect of their individual positions and collectively as executives of the branch. We can also hold you guys accountable thereon. Now to your first question on any ideas to make Branch Dues and ancillary payments seamless as it is done by NBA National? The Web platform payment adopted by the NBA National is a good innovation taking into consideration the total number of lawyers nationwide for easy payment of BPF, however Web platform payment comes with it's own disadvantage i.e technical glitches, where this happen and your debited then you have to approach your bank for reversal. So it is not completely seamless because this happened to me and I believe to many of our colleagues too. So as a Branch with less than a thousand membership, the inter bank TRANSFER SYSTEM where you pay your Branch Dues directly to Branch Account in GTB is more seamless than Web payment platform considering our numbers.
